nutritional consultation involves building a detailed picture of your lifestyle, eating habits and any concerns you have about your health and wellbeing. With this information, we can work with you to form an eating plan that suits your needs, your lifestyle and daily commitments.
Our nutrition advisors will work with you to identify the foods you should be eating and help you to enjoy an abundance of wonderful food that makes you feel good in both body and mind. You will come away with a tailor-made plan of action knowing exactly what you need to do next on your journey towards good health. Your initial consultation will last up to one hour. You will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire prior to your appointment, which will be reviewed by your nutrition advisors in advance in order to make the most of the consultation time. 


8-Week Weight & Nutrition Programme
Through this programme, you will learn how to make small tangible adjustments that add up to a massive, positive change to your lifestyle.
You will learn about the foundations of good nutrition and start to implement them into your life. We will explore what calories are and the different nutrients that our body needs to function properly.
You will learn to create your own meal plan with foods that you actually enjoy eating using fresh, natural, and wholesome food. You will lose/gain weight at a safe and healthy pace whilst providing your body with the nutrients it needs.
You will build a better relationship with food by learning techniques on how to curb cravings and control emotional eating, as well as learn how to read food labels properly to enable you to make informed decisions when purchasing food.

Through an app, you will easily track your food intake thereby becoming more aware of how you eat and enabling you to make small adjustments to achieve the results you want. Moreover, you will understand how to incorporate exercise in a sustainable manner into your life, and attend two enjoyable workouts per week with the rest of the group under the supervision of a professional trainer who will be teaching you how to do exercises properly in order to improve overall fitness and avoid injuries. Throughout the duration of the programme, you will also have access to the gym in order to maintain your fitness, as well as physical activity and lifestyle support tailored to each individual.
