Grid Kids Training Program

The event will be held on the 19th of April, and as the Official Training Partner of The Grid, we have a fun-packed training programme awaiting your child.

The package on offer consists of 16 sessions across 8 weeks, starting 15th February. The team is made up of excellent coaches who have worked with both adults and children. We have circuits, yoga, and cardio workouts galore lined up to put your child into peak condition as we focus on agility, balance, co-ordination, speed, strength, power, and endurance, and will aim at clearing obstacles safely and efficiently. Team spirit and overall fitness builds with each workout.

Sessions will be separated according to age, and held at The Fitness Point by Reflex on the following days:

Ages 4-8
Wednesday 16:00 – 17:00
Saturday 10:30 – 11:30

Ages 9+
Thursday 16:00 – 17:00
Saturday 08:30 – 09:30

For efficiency and to ensure attention to your child, we will only be accepting a limited number of applicants.
